Assembly Sequence
Step 1: Cut all parts according to cutting diagram and sand smooth.
Step 2: Drill pilot holes and pocket screw holes for assembly.
Step 3: Assemble main cabinet box (sides, top, bottom) with wood glue and screws.
Step 4: Install vertical divider to separate door and drawer sections.
Step 5: Add fixed shelves for drawer support and interior organization.
Step 6: Square cabinet and install 1/4" back panel with small nails.
Step 7: Build drawer boxes with dado joints and install drawer slides.
Step 8: Install door hinges and hang cabinet door.
Step 9: Attach drawer fronts and adjust for proper fit.
Step 10: Sand entire project and apply desired finish.
Step 11: Install hardware (handles, knobs) and make final adjustments.
Step 12: Test all moving parts for smooth operation.
